Audemars Piguet has garnered a loyal following with their iconic Royal Oak range. The collection is broad, and appeals to both men and women, with its multitude of distinctive variants. From slick, racecar-inspired pieces, to tributes to the rugged sportsmanship of championship sailing in the form of the Royal Oak Alinghi series, Audemars Piguet's watches have certainly hit the big time.



Chief among Audemars Piguet's 2007 stars is the latest Alinghi series wristwatch, the Royal Oak Offshore Alinghi Team Chronograph 2007 (above). Featuring a forged carbon case and bezel – a first in the field of haute horlogerie – the Alinghi Team Chronograph is also available in pink gold or platinum case (below) with carbon bezel for a sophisticated blend of precious metals and advanced materials. The mono-pusher flyback chronograph function and regatta countdown display give this a distinctly nautical appearance. But beyond the textured, sportive look is a watch made for durability and accuracy. The 40-hour power reserve, automatic movement even features a high standard of finishing.
