Gresso's ultra-chic Avantgarde Collection has expanded to include an extravagant Black Diamonds Collection. Fashioned from precious 200-year-old African Blackwood, the collection features two models — Black Diamonds and a limited Royal Black Diamonds edition. The Black Diamonds model features navigation keys made of gold, paved with 4 black diamonds (0.44 carats), a stainless steel back with hand-polished titanium covering, and a convenient magnetic lock for the battery cover. 

Its partner, the Royal Black edition, of which only 50 will be made, flaunts an encasement of black diamonds totalling 2.53 carats for its gold function keys. Both phones possess Gresso's signature elements — a triangle inset of gold, gold Gresso logo and a scratch-resistant titanium keypad with laser-cut Roman numerals. Technical specifications for the two-band GSM phones include Windows Mobile 6.0 Standard, 64 MB of internal memory, 2 GB of external memory, 2 megapixel camera and a QVGA TFT 65K color display (320 by 240 pixel) framed by sapphire crystal glass.
