To apply an old saying, conservation begins at home. With the new Faucet Buddy, from designer Baek Uyeol, you can measure the amount of water you use, and check the water temperature through a red LED readout. Simply attach the device to your sink fixture to get an idea of where you stand when it comes to water usage. It also informs the temperature of the water. Additionally, the Faucet Buddy would make an excellent conversation piece.

At the moment, the Faucet Buddy is still a concept, but it looks to be a promising product with the potential for mass production. Once that happens, hopefully the family will be expanded to include Buddies for bathroom fixtures as well.
