Dubai super-developer Nakheel has announced the launch of "The Universe".

After the "Palm Trilogy" and "The World", Nakheel's latest project will be a cluster of large coral-shaped islands between the Palm Jumeriah and the Palm Deira.

With 3,000 hectares of land and will take 15 to 20 years to develop, "The Universe" which will house major residential, commercial and tourism projects.

With 50% of "The World" already sold out, it is clear Nakheel will rest only when most of the world’s ultra-affluent owns a residence (or two) on the Dubai coast.
