Pushing the boundaries of mobile living beyond just mobile phones and wireless internet connections, Marcel Krings and Sebastian Mühlhäuser have designed a complete furniture set that truly is an intelligent answer to today’s lifestyle demands for mobility.

Just one person can, without tools, disassemble and pack the Casulo furniture set consisting of a wardrobe, a desk, a cabinet, a chair, two stools, a single bed, a mattress and shelves into a box measuring 120 cm in length, 90 cm in height, and 80 cm in width.

Eliminating the need for styrofoam packing, the environmentally friendly Casulo is also space friendly as half of its volume in its packed form is storage space for personal items.

The designers who have won the “Abraham & David Roentgen Award” for Casulo’s innovative design are currently looking for a professional production- and distribution-partner.
