The Columbus breaks multiple records in the size and performance ratings of other models in its class, including luxuriously spacious baggage, passenger and legroom space with the capability to accommodate up to 10 passengers.

On the technical front, the Columbus boasts a feature-packed cockpit utilizing the new Pro Line Fusion™ system, and two powerful, fuel efficient Prat & Whitney PW810 two-spool propulsion engines capable of achieving a blisteringly swift Mach .85.

With a maximum range of more than 4,000 nautical miles (or 7,408 km) and a full fuel payload of 1,950 lb, the Columbus has an extensive list of trip profiles.

Fly from Munich to New York, London to Dubai, Sydney to Singapore and Sao Paulo to Miami in record time, courtesy of a maximum cruise speed of 488 ktas. The Columbus is open for orders, with deliveries expected to start in 2014.
