Taking advantage of both the natural beauty and natural heat
retaining and hard wearing properties of stone, Italian company Antonio Lupi
has carved a stunning bathroom collection.
The uniqueness of the collection is
a mix of traditional, raw material with contemporary design. The result is a
polished yet rustic look, a welcome change in a plethora of metal and glass
materials.
The Vascabarca bathtub is a boat shaped tub, with smooth
elliptical lines for a classy look. A more futuristic design is the Arca, an
egg shaped tub that is rather much like a pod.
For the traditionalist, the
Cover bathtub is in the conventional rectangle style, but nonetheless, with
smoothed out corners and convex sides that make it as distinctive as the
others.
The basins are just as distinctive with its smooth design melded with
raw colours, and they come in a choice of free standing or counter-supported.
Antonio Lupi is available in 43 countries in addition to its hometown of Tuscany,
Italy.
