Manufacture Roger Dubuis gained fame some years back with
the first-ever diver’s watch with tourbillon, the Easy Diver, and they revisit
that glory with a new collection this year.
An experiment in mixed materials,
moulded rubber appears on the bezels and crowns of the watches in the
collection – both in steel and rose gold. The better part of the collection is
devoted to simple (hours, minutes and small seconds) watches while the
complications segment is dominated by the chronograph (executed with column
wheel).
As always, the Easy Diver collection’s movements all bear the Poincon
de Geneve hallmark. The collection was launched properly after SIHH and made
their Asia debut in Singapore.
