Set amidst the old world charm of France’s wine capital is
Bordeaux’s Seeko’o Hotel, a unique architectural masterpiece injecting a touch
of contemporary design chic into the UNESCO World Heritage city.
Conceptualized by King Kong Architects, the Seeko’o Hotel
(whose name means “iceberg” in the Inuit language) is the first in the world to
be constructed entirely of Corian.
Inside the hotel, each of the 45 loft-style suites comes
with unique round beds, a large bathtub for two with built-in ceiling air and
water jets, 32-inch flat-screen televisions, and overlooks either the town of
Bordeaux or the quayside.
Other amenities include a well-stocked bar, large
business center with seminar facilities, Turkish baths and saunas.
