Shiro in Hong Kong’s Pacific Plaza is putting a stylish spin on the traditional Japanese concept of kaiten sushi.

Another gem in Aqua Restaurant Group founder David Yeo’s impressive lineup of uber chic restaurants, Shiro draws inspiration from the world of fashion and incorporates elements into the popular casual Japanese sushi train dining experience.

Its menu of artfully prepared creations is sure to enthrall diners in the comfort of its sleek and classy interior.

Food quality and presentation are the essence of the culinary delights at Shiro, with fresh produce being flown in from Tokyo’s Tsujiki market daily.

Highlights include arama crab tempura with miso paste, slow cooked Kobe beef on braised Japanese turnip, special milk fish sushi and the restaurant’s signature A5 grade Japanese Wagyu beef sushi.

Shiro comes with a 25-seater adjoining bar serving up an extensive range of sake, innovative cocktails like the Shiro Lychee Mojito and Sake Spritzers, and wines chosen to match delicate Japanese cuisine.
