The
signature restaurant of The Sentosa Resort & Spa in Singapore, The Cliff,
is hosting the renowned Chef Sergio Herman of Oud Sluis from 10 – 16 November,
2008.
According to The Cliff, Chef Herman will partner in-house Chef de Cuisine
Sean Armstrong to “awe
guests with haute cuisine of exquisite flavours and presentation”.
Famed for
his experiments in haute cuisine, Chef Herman is expected to unveil new
culinary wonders that match up to his three Michelin stars.
Having previously
created culinary masterpieces at the legendary El Bulli, he now runs his own
restaurant, Oud Sluis in the Netherlands, which ranks as one of The San
Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants in Europe. To discover more about The
