After a fresh makeover, which includes a new
residential-style décor, a new private bar with long antique tables and warm
lighting, and an expanded menu, Graze at Rochester Park, Singapore, makes it back in time
to usher in the year-end festivities with a Festive Menu from now all through
to New Year’s Eve.
At S$120 (or US$80) per person, guests can tuck in to a
delectable spread of festive delights prepared by award-winning Australian Head
Chef Matthew Lawdorn.
Canapés include half shell scallops with XO butter,
tomato and basil bruschetta with parmesan and Graze basil oil, tempura fried
oysters with wasabi mayo, and crispy corn cakes with chilli caramel.
For mains, there's the usual suspects of meats for
Christmas – turkey breast with stuffing and cranberry sauce, roast angus
striploin with wild mushroom jus, and roast Kurobuta pork belly served
carvery-style from the barbeque, and accompanied by a variety of greens and sauces.
Round off your meal with an Australian trifle or traditional
Christmas pudding.
Condé Nast Traveler Magazine hailed Graze as a venue that "delivers food and fun in equal measure", and gave the restaurant the nod in
its “Hot Tables 2007” list of the world’s top new restaurants.
These
accolades, surely, make Graze a strong proposition for that fabulous Christmas or New
Year's Eve party you have in mind. You can even bring along your own DJ to spin your
favourite music.
