Specialist British manufacturer of high-end audio and video entertainment systems, Meridian, introduces its new i80P iPod dock. The firm says the dock offers the iPod sensational audio quality with its expert technology.

The i80P Dock offers iPod connectivity to almost any sound system with analogue interconnects through a pair of phono sockets on the rear of the device. To provide accurate reproduction of sound, it uses proprietary analogue circuitry to deliver tunes.

A low-noise power supply keeps the sound clean, and interference in the connection system is cut down with a DC-coupled low impedance configuration that comes with bandwidth limitation. It also charges your iPod during playback.
