It’s a dream come true for
wildlife lovers for they can now reside alongside the breathtaking beauty of
the African Wilderness and yet be in perfect harmony with Mother Nature.
Private game reserve owner,
Tara Getty and highly acclaimed luxury lodge operator, andBEYOND has
ingeniously put together a luxurious safari home within a world-renowned, Big
Five private game reserve.
The joint venture consists of fifteen exclusive
African Homesteads situated in South Africa’s exceptional 56,800-acre Phinda Private Game Reserve. The architecture is
mindfully crafted to complement the lush greeneries surrounding it.
The first African Homestead
show house will debut with modern-chic, safari-inspired designs by prominent
safari lodge architect, Nick Plewman and andBEYOND’s very own Chris Browne.
Plewman works his designs around nature’s rustic charm, while Browne brings out
the local Zulu element by weaving it into his contemporary and quirky style.
Sprawling over an area of
more than 8,600-square feet, each homestead has four spacious bedroom suites,
one ensuite bedroom, and bathrooms indoor and outdoor. Stunning panoramic
views, which range from the untamed wilderness to the water features that frame
the exercise pavilion, make this a perfect private retreat for the entire
family.
With a price tag that starts
from US$6 million, each homestead is offered on a 72-year leasehold.
Prospective owners can work with the design team to customize their personal African
getaway.
The project is fully managed
and maintained by andBEYOND, who will see to it that a professional team
ensemble including a ranger/tracker team, homestead host, chef and homestead
team, is on hand to maximize your Safari experience.
