After 54 stylish years in Hong Kong, fashion retailer The Swank comes to Beijing with its flagship Mainland China store. Representing more than 50 international fashion brands, the entry of The Swank into the heart of the China market will be welcome news for local label lovers.

Designed by renowned architect Dr. Gae Aulenti, the store – put together in what The Swank calls Chinese Red – is destined to become a major Beijing landmark. The launch of the store was celebrated by the retailer with a massive party called Breaking the Cocoon.

Hong Kong star Rosamund Kwan joined models Mabel Wong, Song Peng Ju and Sly at the party, which was also graced by the city’s best and brightest.
