Now that smoking is officially passé at Hong Kong’s clubs and bars, the Mandarin Oriental offers nicotine enthusiasts a suitable replacement: smoking cocktails and canapés.
These offerings (pictured here) were created by the hotel’s Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky and M bar manager Andy Wong to take the heat off of newly cigarette-deprived patrons. There are three new canapé selections and three new cocktail creations, all of which are served at the M bar.
