Award-winning Chef Roberto Galetti of the Garibaldi Group of Restaurants in Singapore ushers in the Alba White Truffle season this year with a couple of childhood friends, Riccardo Genovesi and Stefano Savio. The Italian duo will be in town next week from 22 – 24 October to whip up a white truffle treat for discerning diners.
With more than 20 years of culinary experience behind him, Genovesi has worked in several prestigious hotels, including a teaching stint at the Istituto Professionale Alberghiero before opening his own restaurant, Il Girasole in Sirmione, Italy. Savio, on the other hand, travelled the world with stints in Italy, Canada and London, where he currently resides, working as Executive Chef of Quirinale Restaurant.

Both guest chefs will create three special set menus featuring the white truffle – a 4-course lunch at SGD138++ per person, a 6-course degustation menu at SGD198++ (available for lunch and dinner), and a SGD248++ dinner degustation menu.
In addition, to celebrate the occasion, there will be a 25 percent discount on all wines from Piedmont – home of the Alba white truffle. From 22 October through December, guests can also request for white truffle shavings to top off any of their favorite dishes from the à la carte menu.
