The world’s first Ferrari theme park and largest indoor park – Ferrari World Abu Dhabi – is set to open in 2010.
With the wide range of accommodation and entertainment facilities including shopping and dining, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, which is located on Yas Island on the North East side of Abu Dhabi's mainland, is set to be the next global tourist destination.
Featuring more than 20 attractions, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will house the world’s fastest rollercoaster. Travelling at more than 200km/h, this roller coaster gives passengers the thrill and feel of riding in a Ferrari F1 car. Another ride not for the faint-hearted will be the G-force experience, which will bring the passengers over 62m high in the air, through the roof and back down again.
True to Ferrari’s key principles of excellence and performance in technological innovation, this theme park – which carries the largest Ferrari logo ever created – represents the excellence in innovation that Ferrari has established over the years. Even its iconic sleek red roof spanning 200,000 metres square is inspired by the classic double curve side profile of the Ferrari GT body.
