After bringing you news of the Vertu Constellation Ayxta London debut, we have followed its progress to Hong Kong. Vertu Principal Designer Frank Nuovo himself introduced the brand’s first flip or clamshell phone to local and regional press, along with Hong Kong’s finest.

Actor and world traveller Daniel Wu soaked up the spotlight as he talked about how mobile phone technology had change the way he travels and about his experiences with his very own Ayxta. As a vital travel accessory, the Ayxta drew the attention of globetrotters Jeffrey and Margaret Yau, as well as socialites Diana Cheng and Vetina Tse.

The invitation-only reception and exhibition was held at IFC’s Oval Atrium, where Nuovo and Arnaud de Schuytter, General Manager for Asia Pacific, launched the phone. You may have noticed from the pictures that our favourite ladies of the catwalk – Lisa S, Amanda Strang and Jocelyn Luko – unveiled the phone.
