Cher has announced plans to sell her luxurious property in the Four Seasons Hualalai resort. Her Hawaiian home is expected to fetch between $8 million and $12 million.

The superstar brought the .76-acre plot in 2004 for $2.9 million and started building the following year. The house will be sold through Concierge Auctions, who say the interior space encompasses 8,821 square feet.

The 6-bedroom property is divided between the main house and four subsidiary bungalows that contain one bedroom each. She also constructed a detached media room.

The main building overlooks an infinity pool which itself gazes over the fourth hole of the Ke'olu golf course. The property will be auctioned off on the 18 January.
