Located in Oracabessa, on Jamaica’s northern coast you'll find a property that once belonged to Bond creator Ian Fleming. It's none other than the GoldenEye Estate.
It was from this exotic den that the author wrote those epic stories, creating perhaps the most recognizable action hero the world has ever seen.

Fleming's bungalow remains and still leads down to a private, secluded beach but the estate itself has gone under a quiet transformation. Bought in 1977 by music mogul Chris Blackwell – it has evolved into a boutique hotel.
However the latest development is the introduction of 18 waterfront cottages that merge with the light and scenery of the natural space around them. As an owner you'll be granted access to the spa, a couple of restaurants, private beaches, tennis courts and a water sport centre.

1-bedroom cottages start from $900,000. A bargain.
