DeSté Christmas logcake - This cake is a beautiful work of art with a rock chocolate
exterior filled with chocolate mousse, yuzu sabayon, mascarpone and raspberry. A wondrous combination of enchanting

Christmas stocking – A dark chocolate covering with beautiful motifs hids a dreamy concoction of
chocolate cream, coconut and hazelnut in a base of crunchy hazelnut praline. Adorned with mini chocolate peices, this

Christmas Ball – An exquisite ornamental Christmas ball with mascarpone cheese and rock chocolate
