Service is highly personalized - four to six flight attendants are on board the plane, meaning there is an 8-to-1 guest-to-staff ratio. If you prefer to sleep uninterrupted during the evening flight to London, have your dinner at the lounge before the flight or simply inform your flight attendants who will turn down your bed after take-off, and let your snooze through the flight in the comfort of your full-sized pillows and cashmere blankets.
