Publicly unveiled for the first time at last September's Cannes Boat Show, the sleek silhouette of this elegant 37-metre fly-bridge yacht will soon
be on its way to Asia's shores, where Olivier Besson, founder of Asia Yachting, its exclusive distributor in the region, believes it will be a big hit
among local aficionados.
"The Couach 3700 is an exclusive boat, because Couach's design philosophy is totally revolutionary," he explains. "It is based on the
principle of ‘my yacht, my life, my job, my pleasure'. The company's naval architects took the wishes of each client – not their own – as the starting
point when they designed it."
Which meant the 3700's designers tried to imagine all the elements a businessman would expect from his boat as a base for both work and pleasure,
particularly factors such as technology, speed, manoeuvrability and range.
The Couach 3700 was definitely designed to be a corporate yacht, because an important percentage of Couach's clients are business people. These dynamic
individuals lead busy corporate and social lives, and the two often overlap.
Couach's goal was to provide a modern, comfortable and luxurious environment with all the facilities the owner needs for business and entertainment.
He can invite guests onboard for cocktails and corporate meetings, and conduct his day-to-day business activities there. Alternatively, he can simply
use it to relax, cruise around, and fish and dive with his family and friends.
