A Note On The Zonda C12S
In the scarcely believable seven
years since the coupe prototype broke cover, the ageless Pagani Zonda
supercar has been constantly developed and refined. This brilliant C12-S
Roadster, seen here in its deep pearlescent yellow paint, is perhaps the
most striking example, despite having been on sale for some time now.
Roof down, and with its beastly engine bellowing, very little short of
a car crash comes close to matching the Roadster for sheer sensation and
drama.
Despite this, and ignoring for the moment
the attention one is sure to attract, the Roadster is surprisingly easy
to drive in town. With just 40 units of the convertible planned for production,
and just over half that figure already delivered, the Zonda is an assuredly
rare machine- an instant classic in this most fickle realm of supercars.
