There have been a lot of watches mentioned in the list, and the problem with lists is that they are never exhaustive (though some would argue that the point of lists is in what it excludes and not what is included), and it is always difficult to pick winners.
So, subject to the usual disclaimers of subjectivity, lack of taste, and sheer ignorance, I would name the IWC Spitfire UTC, the Rolex GMT Master II and the Patek Travel Time as my three favorite multi-timezone watches currently in the market.
