Parkview Museum Singapore's Grand Opening featuring "On Sharks & Humanity" Exhibition

The Parkview Museum unveiled its first exhibition “On Sharks and Humanity”, a thematic travelling exhibition organized by Parkview Arts Action in collaboration with WildAid, that addresses the practise of shark-finning and the impact of human activities in the oceans. The opening reception was attended by Senior Minister of State of Singapore, Desmond Lee, President of Palau Thomas E. Remengesau Jr, representatives from WildAid, participating artists of ‘On Sharks and Humanity’, as well as prominent executives and VIPs in Singapore. The Parkview Museum is a new space for contemporary art conceived with the aim to promote a dialogue between artists at a global level and to strengthen the appreciation and understanding of contemporary art within the local community.
