Baume & Mercier's latest variation of its Riviera XXL Magnum collection draws semblance to its red gold chronograph cousin. Featuring the dodecagonal (12-sided shape) case characteristic of all models in the Riviera sporty collection, the red gold now forms a thin frame circumventing the watch dial, secured by four symmetrically aligned screws to the 43-mm matte-black PVD coated case and bezel. Côtes de Genève motif decorates the anthracite surround on the two chronograph counters and gleams alluringly against the black dial base. A vertical opening on the caseback reveals the mechanism and oscillating weight.
