A one-of-a-kind Bovet Fleurier Minute Repeater with Jumping Hours fetched a combined $1.8 million at a recent auction and charity gala dinner held in Singapore. Mr Pascal Raffy, President of Bovet, had specially commissioned and donated the timepiece for the auction, led by international auction house Christie's. Hosted by Sincere Watch Limited, one of Singapore’s premium watch retailers, the charity event took place at the Shangri-la Hotel’s Island Ballroom. Themed 'A Journey of Hope', it raised a total of $3.6 million for the MILK (Mainly I Love Kids) Fund, in aid of poor and disadvantaged children. Sincere also presented a Bovet watch exhibition at the event - a collection of vintage Bovet pocket watches.
