French Chef Christophe Bacquie will return to The Cliff restaurant at the Sentosa Resort & Spa in Singapore as a guest chef for the second time come 6-11 November, to showcase his brand of contemporary Mediterranean fare. Bacquie was awarded his second Michelin star for Restaurant L'Alivu at the Hotel La Villa in his native Corsica in France after just two years at the helm. Guests can savor a delectable spread of Bacquie's specialties, including Grilled Half Lobster with guacamole, green lemon and melon gazpacho seasoned with espelette chillies, wild seabass served with golden chanterelles, and "Grenaille de Noirmoutier" potatoes and roasted chicken jus, to name a few.
