Chinese luxury lifestyle brand Shanghai Tang returned as title sponsor of last weekend's Women's International Polo 2007, organized by the Singapore Polo Club. In addition to sponsoring the tournament, Shanghai Tang has also specially designed jerseys for the female polo players. Just before the finals of the tournament, Shanghai Tang took the opportunity to unveil its Fall/Winter 2007 collection. Entitled "Khotan", this ready-to-wear collection draws inspiration from the Silk Road and features a combination of prints and motifs derived from the nomadic tribes of Central Asia, and familiar Chinese elements, such as peony flowers and Chinese Han characters.
