Magellan residential cruise liner we reported on earlier this year, the Four Seasons Hotel chain has its own version of luxurious sea-going residences. 112 sumptuous residences on a 220-meter private ship will take homeowners around the globe, to all seven continents in utmost comfort, starting from 2010. Featuring top-level service and facilities, the residences themselves will have spectacular views of the ocean, especially the 8,000 sq ft penthouses on the top-most decks – decks 11, 12, and sky deck. A detailed itinerary has been planned, and includes exotic destinations all over the world, including the 2012 Olympics in London, as well as Carnival in Rio de Janeiro.
