Capella will be unveiling some special menus to rake in the season’s festivities, from the all-time favorite Christmas Brunch to romantic afternoons at Chef’s Table. Capella Christmas Market marks this season as the hotel’s Ballroom foyer comes alive, morphing into a marketplace bustling with live food stations, upbeat music and vibrant celebrations.
For this season’s Capella Christmas Brunch at the Grand Ballroom, menu specials include Foie Gras Custard with Gingerbread Crouton and Port Wine to Traditional Baked Christmas Turkey stuffed with Quince stuffing and Natural Jus. Diners will also be spoiled by more than 40 tantalizing desserts including the Alphonso Mango Mousse Logcake with Passion Fruit Seeds and Pandan Sponge, Almond Marzipan Stollen. Of course, the brunch isn’t complete without Capella’s signature sweets, the Matcha Green Tea Profiteroles and Bordeaux Canele. Prices start at S$198 ++ per adult with free flow of soft drinks and fresh juices, or S$228++ per person with free flow wine and Champagne.

For a Christmas day indulgence, the Christmas Six-Course Set Meal at Cassia are available exclusively on 24 and 25 December, with the menus are priced at S$88++ for lunch and S$148++ for dinner. For families, the Festive Family Tea Experience is only available on December 3 and 17 at S$52++ per person. The Capella Festive Afternoon Tea is available for the whole of December from 3.00pm to 5.00pm on weekdays at S$39.90++ per person.
Other Christmas menu options include a Mediterranean-inspired celebratory meal at The Knolls on December 24 and 25, at S$78++ per person for a three-course set lunch to S$168++ for a five-course dinner. If not, head on down to the Cuban-inspired Bob’s Bar with a 750ml Navegante rum S$300++.
