This Mother’s Day, expect a delightfully modern update on the old-fashioned Cantonese cuisine, with a handsome surf ‘n’ turf, meat and seafood fusion for a flavorful gastronomic journey, including a Wok-fried lobster soaked in a two-decade old “hua diao” wine. Or, check out the savory Herbal pork rib infused with the earthly black fungus and enoki mushroom for a tantalizing experience.
