Morton’ s Singapore has officially unveiled a lunch special with tantalizing courses and a vibrant selection of bold cocktails. Sunday lunch in particular comes with a three-course menu option featuring a decadent 16oz. Slow Roast Prime Rib served with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Bloody Mary cocktails make the classic star of this season’s offerings, or for something a little more inventive, try out the restaurant’s list of 20 amazingly creative concoctions.
Of course, there is no need to wait for dinner to indulge in the perfect steak. From The Classic to The Dirty Mary Martini, lazy Sundays have become a lot more exciting. Case in point are the excellent entrees, including Morton’ s satisfying Short Rib Bolognese, the Honey-Balsamic Glazed Salmon or the Grilled Chicken Bianco. For meat lovers, go for the 8oz. Centre-Cut Filet Mignon with a side of steamed asparagus orbe adventurous. Finally, dessert makes an afternoon highlight with a little indulgence, whether in the piquant Key Lime Pie or an all-time favorite, the Double Chocolate Mousse. The lunch special, which starts at starts at S$65++ is available from noon to 3pm, while the extensive a-la-carte menu carries on till 9PM.

“We had such positive response when we opened on Easter Sunday and Father’s Day that we’ve now made this a permanent fixture,’’ said Seth Blagden, General Manager of Morton’ s Singapore. “Sunday lunch is a staple in Singapore and with a decadent 3-course offering and a variety of Bloody Marys, Morton’ s will become the place to be on Sundays.”
The iconic steakhouse also has a festive menu to celebrate the eve of Christmas and New Year’s with a three-course special, featuring their most tantalizing dishes.
From S$188++ per person, pick from the steakhouse’s five iconic starters, from their Lobster Bisque, to the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, before you dig into one of their signatures, including an ocean favorite – the Chilean Sea Bass A la Nage. Round it off on a sweet note in a selection of their best desserts, but we recommend the Homemade New York Cheesecake for a homely touch.
