This popular Italian fine dining establishment has moved to the Sofitel Sentosa Resort & Spa at 2 Bukit Manis Road, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the South China Sea in a quietly elegant atmosphere.

Spanish restaurant Dehesa at 12 North Canal Road prides itself on serving offal dishes, where adventurous eaters will love its signature “nose to tail eating”, so expect pig ears and duck hearts to land on your table on an ordinary day.
Kaiserhaus, opened last July at the swanky new Capitol Piazza, which, offers authentic dishes from the 19th-century Habsburg Empire. Expect classic European dishes on the menu like Austrian national dishes Tafelspitz (boiled beef or veal in broth) and schnitzel.
