Singapore: New Dining Spots Join Restaurant Week Line-Up

If you’re not already a fan of Restaurant Week , you are totally missing out. The dining event returns next month from March 19 to 26 for its 12th edition. The theme is “Feasts Of The Ocean”, where restaurants will offer three-course menus for lunch and dinner. Booking opens this Monday, so you might want to check out these new dining establishments.

Il Lido At The Cliff

This popular Italian fine dining establishment has moved to the Sofitel Sentosa Resort & Spa at 2 Bukit Manis Road, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the South China Sea in a quietly elegant atmosphere.

Dehesa

Spanish restaurant Dehesa at 12 North Canal Road prides itself on serving offal dishes, where adventurous eaters will love its signature “nose to tail eating”, so expect pig ears and duck hearts to land on your table on an ordinary day.

Kaiserhaus

Kaiserhaus, opened last July at the swanky new Capitol Piazza, which, offers authentic dishes from the 19th-century Habsburg Empire. Expect classic European dishes on the menu like Austrian national dishes Tafelspitz (boiled beef or veal in broth) and schnitzel.
