Hailing from one of the world’s most iconic cocktail bars, American Bar at The Savoy, Senior Bartender Dominic Whisson will be taking over Tippling Club for one night only on Tuesday, February 28. He’ll be charming his way through an intoxicating evening of Savoy-renowned swigs celebrating some of London’s most notorious boroughs. Inspired by the hotel’s long-standing history of haute cuisine, Tippling Club’s Assistant Head Chef Ayo Adeyemi will present five modern interpretations of classic Escoffier creations, attuned to Tippling Club’s playful and progressive gastronomy.

Amid the warm retro glamor, heady nostalgia and the tie-and-jacketed staff that greet you like a long lost friend, The Savoy’s American Bar has racked up an impressive list of hospitality accolades in its 126-year history. Just last year alone, the London landmark clinched top spots in Best International Bar Team at Tales of the Cocktails and Best Bar in Europe at World's 50 Best Bars.
As one of its longest-serving bartenders, Dominic holds his own as a UK finalist in Diageo World Class 2016, and is currently nominated for Emerging Bartender at the 2017 CLASS Bar Awards.
