The McDonnell F-4 Phantom II two-seat twin jet fighter, that dominated the skies from the late 60s to the early 70s, was one of the most versatile fighters ever built. Now aviation aficionados, have the chance to get their hands on a genuine Mk.7 rocket-assisted ejection seat from an F-4 Phantom II. The ejection seat was made by British manufacturer Martin-Baker Aircraft Co. Ltd., the world leader in ejection seats for more than 60 years.

If you’re wondering if you can actually sit on this thing, don’t worry for the seat has been professionally cleaned, restored and riveted to a durable, hand-finished sturdy steel base with a natural-looking weathered finish. The F-4 Phantom II Ejection Seat includes a seatbelt, grip handle on right side of seat, an empty oxygen tank and a release button on the left side of the seat. The seat also includes a Boeing Custom Hangar plaque permanently attached to the seat back, and a Certificate of Authenticity.
