Ultra-luxury comes to play in the upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, redefining luxury, exclusive living and majestic views.

There is nothing quite like sitting back in a spacious, tastefully furnished living room as you take in the salty breeze of one of Thailand’s major rivers, the Chao Phraya. A mix of riverboats and cruises pass occasionally against the backdrop of a gorgeous Thai skyline – and it’s only a taste of what’s to come.

The baht 32 billion development by Country Group Development PCL (CGD) and Four Seasons Hotels is certainly the first of its kind in Asia. With only two short years to completion, the upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River will be among the largest waterfront developments in Bangkok’s CBD, spanning 350 meters of waterfront across 14.2 acres.

Like its moniker suggests, the development is indeed inspired from the dreaminess of waterfront living, with a strategic location that features a distinct geometric design like no other. In other words, every unit is a corner unit, offering an endless panorama of the horizon where river and city become one.

One can also expect excellent, round-the-clock Four Seasons service from the 73-storey residences, which certainly pegs ultra-luxury to its name with merit.

The legendary residence will join the collaborative master plans for two other stylish, nearby ultra-luxury developments, including Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River and Capella Hotel Bangkok. While the Four Seasons Hotel offers a low-rise, urban experience in the lush escape of cascading courtyards in a unique waterfront setting, the Capella Hotel will also offer a first-of-its-kind, all-suites luxury living

“The aim was to create a meaningful, luxury waterfront residential lifestyle that is unmatched in Asia,” says Ben Taechaubol, Director and CEO of CGD. “Each and every aspect of Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok has been designed to bring to life our vision of meaningful luxury, offering the chance to own and enjoy a piece of Bangkok’s future history.”

“We envisage Chao Phraya Estate will become one of Bangkok’s most exclusive addresses - an iconic property that maximizes the best of waterfront living as a legacy to future generations,” he added.

Indeed, the estate redefines luxury in a sort of contemporary elegance with the pinnacle of lavish living. With its design originally conceptualized by the internationally renowned duo Hamiltons International and BAMO, the estate features a range of floor plans, including a 1,050sqm penthouse and a 115sqm, 2-bedroom residence.

Residents at the Four Seasons Private Residences can also expect to relish in the estate’s world-class amenities, including the River Lounge, the Amenities Deck, and the all-exclusive Four Seasons Club triplex.

The River Lounge features a stunning, waterfront entrance created solely for the residents, allowing for an elegant entrance, past the fine waterfront esplanade into a stylishly decorated main lounge. W wooden interiors only serve to amplify the environment’s intimate setting, complete with the unrivalled ambiance of private dining facilities, gallery, living room and more.

For leisure, the Amenities Deck provides for a sophisticated time, where residents can choose to swim in a contemporary infinity pool that faces the iconic river, indulge in a tranquil session of yoga and Pilates at the state-of-the-art fitness studios, unwind in the private cabanas, or host a posh party in the ample entertainment spaces.

And finally, what’s ultra-luxury without a fitting, exclusive club?

“It’s supposed to be like the Sirocco, amazing conservatory even,” says Taechaubol, in reference to Bangkok’s iconic rooftop restaurant.

Indeed, the rooftop triplex houses the celebrated Four Seasons Club, with over 1,300 sqm of lavish space in the skies, a little higher than the Sirocco on levels 64 to 66. The lofty area brings the ultimate indulgence for personal indulgence or to entertain guests, in an excellent combination of exclusive club offerings with modern urban entertainment, in the comfort of first class.

That includes a glass walled wine room for rare spirits, a golf simulator, a billiards table and a private screening room. For cigar connoisseurs, there’s a private room just for you. And why not take a dip in Bangkok’s tallest residential infinity pool at the highest level as you admire the vista of a splendid skyline?

“It’s incomparable,” says Taechaubol, with regards to how the residence stands among other waterfront residences in the Chao Phraya.

“For us it’s always been the lifestyle that you get with it, so we never go around talking about or comparing what brand things we use. This project stands for waterfront living at its finest where it’s just about having this amazing waterfront lifestyle which is irreplaceable. It won’t exist again.”
