Singapore-based restaurant chain, Les Amis Group has just opened its maiden venture in Hong Kong in the form of Cépage, bringing with them the same winning formula that has brought the Group much success and accolades in Singapore.
Spread over three levels on Hong Kong’s up-and-coming Starstreet in Wanchai, Cépage comprises a main dining hall, private dining halls, lounge, and a rooftop bar.
The Group has brought back Singaporean architect Tan Kay Nee and his team, who was responsible for the Group’s Italian concept, La Strada, to design Cépage.
The interiors hark back to 18th century French villas, given a contemporary interpretation, to match the restaurant’s blend of exquisite French-Mediterranean fare that has been so well received in Singapore.
This means diners can expect to find familiar Les Amis Singapore classics on Cépage’s menu, along with new creations by Chef Thomas Mayr and his team.
Three-time Sommelier of the Year Randy See will also be on hand to recommend wine pairings from the restaurant’s impressive wine cellar, which stocks over 2,100 labels.
