Nicolas Cage’s Rhode Island home has been slashed in price again, having plummeted from a high of $19 million in 2005 to $7.75 million today.

Bought by the actor for $15.7 million in 2007, the home sits on 27 acres of land extending to Nelson Pond and offers views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Spanning 12 bedrooms, features include a pool, tennis court, fish pond, heated garages, a library with a barrel-vaulted ceiling, a formal living room with water views, dining room, vintage conservatory and billiard room.

Over the last few years Cage has lost tens of millions of pounds on the property market.
