Fun-loving champagne house Piper-Heidsieck has dressed up its Brut Vintage 2000 in flamboyant designer threads, dreamed up by French fashion icon Jean Paul Gaultier, no less.
The sexy new bottle, sheathed in black fishnet and latex, is studded with rock-star black crystals that encircle the bottle to finish in a stunning "sautoir" of diamond-cut crystals around bottle's sinuous neck.
The Black Cancan is housed in a gorgeous gift pack in a dangerously dark combination of black laquer and Piper-Heidsieck's signature red, and comes with a pair of Schott Zwiesel crystal flutes, perfect for a toast between two lovers.
Commenting on the collaboration, Jean Paul Gaultier said: “I used latex and fishnet tights, materials that always inspire me. It is like flesh dressed in fishnet. It is the seductive touch of the Parisian woman, but it's also Paris Canaille, Paris CanCan...The red mask adds a touch of mystery and passion and leads us into a champagne universe."
The Black Cancan by Piper-Heidsieck will be available in Singapore from February 2012.
