Here's a quick "Artist" update: the cast and crew of this year's most critically acclaimed film celebrated their multiple wins at the awards circuit with flutes of Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque. The private and very intimate celebration took place in Los Angeles the night before the Oscars - during which "The Artist" clinched the Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Director, Best Musical Score and Best Art Direction awards.
Fun fact: in December last year, "The Artist" opened the French Film Festival in Singapore, where Perrier-Jouët also served as the Official Champagne.
In other happy Perrier-Jouët-related news, the champagne house scored outstanding ratings from respected trade magazine Wine Spectator for its Belle Époque cuvees, the Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs and Belle Époque Rosé.
Billed as the ultimate expression of the Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque collection, the Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs 2002 received a rating of 94 points, while the Belle Époque Rosé 2004 was given a score of 93 points. With post-Oscar fever still raging on, there's no better time for film and champagne buffs to uncork a bottle of Perrier-Jouët's finest!
