Gucci Singapore recently presented its Spring-Summer 2012 men’s and women’s collections at the too-cool-for-school Museum of Contemporary Arts at Dempsey Hill. For the occasion, the colonial-era building was given a glamorous makeover that echoed the red carpet-ready looks of the season’s collection.
A specially decked out section was dedicated to showcasing videos of the House’s most treasured icons and their various reinterpretations over the years. Over 300 guests were in attendance at the event, including Gucci VIP customers, social personalities, celebrities and media stalwarts. The event was also graced by H.E. Anacleto Felicani, the Ambassador of Italy to Singapore, and his wife, Mrs. Felicani.
Guests enjoyed a selection of canapés and a variety of cocktails and champagne. For the fashion show, a total of 44 stunning key looks from Gucci’s Spring-Summer 2012 men’s and women’s collections were presented by twenty models.
After the show, spinning maestro DJ Inquisitive amped up the party atmosphere with electrifying dance tunes, while guests mingled and danced the night away. Scroll down for a gander at the beautiful people living it up at the glitzy event!
