Taking Your Own Sweet Time: Honey by Jaeger-LeCoultre

Taking Your Own Sweet Time Honey By Jaeger Lecoultre

Haute honey, anyone? From the house that brings you haute horlogerie comes Honey by Jaeger-LeCoultre, harvested from hives in the verdant Vallée de Joux.

Visitors to the Grande Maison will be greeted by the serene sight of ten hives near the Manufacture's entrance, the source of the sweet souvenir. Franck Crozet, one of the top professional bee keepers in the region, has been roped in by Jaeger-LeCoultre to tend to the bees, an initiative that the fine watchmaking house says is intended to highlight its commitment to taking stewardship of the environment.

The bees will help pollinate the flowers around the Maison...and provide visitors with jars of artisanal honey. Now you can lay claim to spooning "in-house" honey by JLC onto your breakfast toast!
