In another coup for "older" women, the resplendent Julianne Moore has been tapped to be the latest global ambassador for beauty giant L’Oréal Paris. The immensely talented award-winning Hollywood actress, who is 51 years old but looks at least a decade younger, will be the literal face of L’Oréal Paris' new anti-aging line, dubbed Cellular Renaissance.
The "Single Man" star, who has previously been seen in high-profile campaigns for Bulgari and Talbots, said she was pleased to accept her new role as a 21st century paragon of womanly beauty: “I’m an actual user of the brand and it’s hard not to be."
"Every modern woman shops everywhere for beauty, but for me it’s mostly the airport or the drugstore. It’s nice to be promoting something that is accessible to everyone.”
