After being completely refitted in the Philippines in 2005, this ex- Japanese weather research vessel is now based in Hong Kong. As part of the huge
refurbishment project, she was stripped down to the bare steel and rebuilt for private use by her Hong Kong owner. She now offers a full-beam master
suite with magnificent views and a sky saloon. The top deck features an elegant bar, Jacuzzi and spacious sun beds.

Remarkably, the Konjo craftsmen from south Sulawesi built this traditional-style wooden Phinsi schooner by hand in 2004. From April to November, this
