The Chinese New Year a la carte menu comprises six dishes featuring auspiciously-named offerings such as "Prosperity" - a modern take on the ever popular Yu Sheng with ocean trout carpaccio, pomelo, orange plum sauce and chinese leek; and "Dragon" - a decadent pasta dish with Half lobster, angel hair pasta, XO lobster bisque and slices of abalone garnish.

UPDATE: The festive dinner a la carte menu will be available from January 18 to February 7, and will be available for both lunch and dinner.

Operating Hours:  

  • Lunch – Mondays to Fridays, 12 noon to 5pm (set-lunch
    only available till 2pm)
    Dinner – Daily, 630pm to 11pm (last seating at 10pm)
    Brunch – Saturdays, Sundays & PHs, 10am to 4pm
    Tea – Saturdays, Sundays and PHs, 3pm to 5pm
  • From 5pm to 630pm daily, only drinks will be available
    (The above timings are applicable to The Halia only)
    Villa Halia is open daily from 12pm to 10pm
