Ethereal Weddings: Alcove at Caldwell House Debuts with Watabe Wedding

Watabe Wedding has extended its management of Chijmes Hall, now including Alcove at Caldwell House following last year’s major renovation of the entire Chijmes complex, bringing an elegant new venue for intimate weddings and cozy events.

Indeed, the backdrop of Caldwell House is a perfect meeting between luxury and heritage, fittingly designed for romantic beginnings. Among Aclove’s most distinct features includes the dome, that still bears its original French inscription, ‘Marche en ma presence et sois parfait’. One might say the words, which mean “Walk along with me and be perfect”, are simply made for weddings.

“After we took on the management of Chijmes Hall, we set our sights on Alcove at Caldwell House,” says Mr. Nobuaki Hanafusa, CEO of Watabe Wedding Group. “We are fully committed to the art of Omotenashi, which is Japanese hospitality and attention to detail spirit.”

Jessicacindy Hartono, creative director of her namesake label Jessicacindy, heads Ethereal by Watabe Wedding and Jessicacindy’s design team. The collaboration will debut all 31 looks of their collection in stunning wedding and evening creations. The pieces bear Jessicacindy’s penchant for romantically intricate pieces, and are available exclusively at Alcove at Caldwell House with viewing by appointment only.

Hanafusa adds, “Watabe will take care of everything from the venue, to the wedding coordination, and with our new collaboration, down to the bride’s wedding dress and evening gown for her big day.”
