Taste Australia Private Dinner with Australian High Commissioner H.E. Mr Bruce Gosper

H.E. Mr Bruce Gosper, representing the Australian High Commission, and Ms Prerana Mehta, Acting Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner of Austrade Singapore held a private dinner to introduce the Taste Australia 2018 campaign. The dinner showcased the strong suits of Australia’s food and agribusiness – sustainable, clean and environmentally-friendly. 

The dinner was held at the High Commissioner’s residence with a delectable spread prepared by Head Chef of Burnt Ends, Jake Kellie. Kellie was winner of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef South East Asia Regional Final 2017, and a nominee for Rising Chef of the Year at the World Gourmet Summit 2018.  The wines and spirits were paired by the sommelier of Burnt Ends, Dylan Labuschagne.
